Chipotle Mexican Grill

I understand this location is hiring and we are not living in a time of fully staffed restaurants, however I am a long time resident and loyal customer to this Chipotle location as my work and home are less than 2 miles away. I will never be returning here after my experience yesterday. My steak bowl had a small scoop of what was left and the staff knew they needed to make new steak, but giving me the new steak? That did not happen. I did not say anything and continued down the serving line after feeling ripped off. When I got home, I took 1 bite and the sour cream was bad. It was clearly expired and did not taste right. I threw away the entire steak bowl and that will be my last visit to this Chipotle. My friends had already warned me, but I didn’t want to give up on this place until my experience yesterday. This chipotle was the worst i have been at, dirty tables, no ice, no napkins, dirty counters, rude staff. I hope the food is at least decent by the time we get home. Couldn’t stomach to eat it there. Extremely disappointing.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but what is going on here? Our orders have been wrong more than they have been right. My wife was meat, cheese, and rice when she ordered a salad. I ordered a burrito bowl and mostly just got rice. When my wife drove into complain, management (Sarah?) was indifferent. The employees that remade the food were kind and did a great job the second time. Maybe this is a case of management needing to treat employees better or provide better training.
