Wendy's

Wow!!! Wendy's has been going down hill for a while but today took the cake. We ended up in the Westfield Wendy's. There was a guy at the register trying to order. He explained what he wanted at least 4-5 times. Finally the clerk put in his order. He said to the customer it will be $24.00 and change. The customer said no it's not. He said to the clerk look at the board, go down three lines. At this point a mgr came over cancelled the order and put it back in. It was $14.00 dollars. The next customer was there as long but he was waiting for a 6 piece chicken nugget and a drink. He walked away shaking his head. Then the prior customer came back and said I didn't get my 6 piece chicken nuggets. Finally it was our turn. To save time both my wife and I did not get what he ordered!!! We went to get ice from the soda machine, both machines would not dispense ice. I went back to the counter waited for someone to acknowledge me, explained I needed ice. Okay, I went to get ketchup, no container

What's with this Wendy's? Second time time sitting in Drive thru line, told only accepting exact change or credit card, seriously? There's a bank up the street-go get some change. Not going back

That’s a small and large chilli. What a rip-off. Frosties came melted like watered down milkshakes. :( Place is dirty and rude employees. Pulled up in drive thru and the employee is talking to her friend who’s standing in my way, talking to her through the drive thru window. Pulling up to the window you could smell the gross, old oil and the kitchen and the workers are grimey. So many people in the kitchen and the registers but the orders take anywhere from 15-20 minutes. This place is only couple years after renovation and it already feels like a dirty McDonald’s somewhere in the ghetto. They need a new management or this place will become even more gross.
