The Whip

We love our local Whip! It is always clean and the staff is always nice to us and become our friends, Tiff, Kaitlyn and (Tommy too). They have a large and nice outdoor deck to relax on, have beverages and eat on. Great place for the younger clients to dance and have fun at too!

Love this place! My wife and I really enjoy sitting outside on the deck. It's very spacious and there are several TVs outside. Great place for hanging out and watching the game with friends too. Service was fantastic and the food was really great. Exceeded my expectations for sure. Why not 5 stars then? Simply because the location is kind of terrible. Don't get me wrong, there's plenty of parking which is a plus, but the close proximity to the Mass Pike entrance puts it on a VERY busy street that can sometimes make it a drag to pull in and out of the lot.

My review is base on lunch time. The time was around 12:30. The only person working was a bartender. I had to approach her to ask about ordering food and drinks, we had to seat ourselves. Once we put in our order our beers were brought over. Around 10 min later I was told that the cook said that they had no meatballs. So I decided to order a tuna melt. Again I was told that they had no tunafish. I decided to play it safe and order what my partner had ordered. Seeing that they had steak grinders on hand. The pandemic strikes again. Hard to get workers that want to do a good job. I was approach by the owner asking how my meal was. I told him not having 2 things that I ordered did not make it a nice time. He in turn blamed the new cook for not being able to find the items. Hope yourvisit goes better. I'll give it another go some other time.
