Lots of issues with this particular franchise. 1 - Food is often cold or old 2 - Screwed up orders are not refunded (If I ask for a double fish filet I expect a double not a single) 3 - Wait time for an ice coffee was almost 3 minutes at the window....for an iced coffee! 4 - Franchise doesn't respond to complaints
The woman who took my order was very sweet, even bring my coffee to the table for me. Clean inside and out. Workers were cleaning the parking lot to keep it looking nice.
The absolute slowest service. Make sure you have at least 15 minutes to wait for your order anytime you come here. Took me 5 minutes to even get up to the order window with one car in front of me. They need to warn people who are in drive thru its going to take extra long or corporate needs to retain them all
