Wendy's

I go to Wendy's all the time and it's never really bad unless you go inside, cause it's like there's no connection with the front and the people making the food and 7/10 you will end up going to the register asking if the food is almost done after 20+ minutes just to find out they never started making it and completely forgot about you

HORRIBLE! I ordered online and had delivery food showed up missing all my chicken biscuit sandwiches no one answering the phone had to drive there then the manager said I know I put 1 chicken sandwich in there ummm NO it was the sausage patty I ordered well I know I did. Even showed her the pictures of the food I received.. and if your sooooo sure you put 1 chicken sandwich in there why wasn't 4 of them put in there cause that's how many I ordered......well I wouldn't be down trying to get my food if you did..... (ummm that's why I got DELIVERY!) She was unprofessional and RUDE and basically called me a liar.. I have worked in the food business for over 10 years and would NEVER treat a customer like this.

Went in for breakfast and ordered to combos, they had me pull up and wait in the to go parking spot and brought the food out, they forgot the maple bacon chicken croissant and when I went in to ask for it they didn't have any ready and told me it would be a 5 minute wait, proceeded to wait and got home with a fresh sandwich and cold everything else.
