Domino's Pizza

They never seem to have enough drivers for delivery. Ordered online from here a dozen times and 10/12 times we either had to wait 2 hours for the pizza to arrive or we just drove there to pick it up. Half the time they won't even answer the phone. Just now tried to order a pizza at noon and they suspended delivery. Short staffed but even half the staff they do have don't care. Some of them are great and since they can't control how many drivers they have I don't blame them but the other half could at least pick up the phone...

I placed an order from here months and months ago. At that time the service was ridiculous, they made every pizza I ordered incorrectly and it took them a while to prepare the order. After some extremely poor customer service and being told flat out it was my fault by an extremely untrained teenager, I spoke with the manager. The manager was superb on resolving the issues. He got a new order made for me quickly, and also credited my account to compensate for that order and many others for the future. I have made a few different orders since the initial complaint. I called and placed an order last night. They did such a phenomenal job. They were quick, responsive and my order was made just right! The staff had all changed and they had a much friendlier environment. Right when I walked in the team in the back who was making the pizzas yelled welcome in such a great way since the cashier was busy with another customer. My pizza came out the oven and straight into my hands! Most definitely

Tried calling multiple times say on hold for for a half hour. Went online and ordered instead, pizza has been in prep for 30 minutes. Tried calling again to check my status and still couldn't get through. Trying to order pizza from this place is like trying to get through to the IRS or DMV. Still waiting on a status update an hour later
