McDonald's

I will never eat at this McDonalds again and I'm sharing this with a thousand of my followers on all social media platforms in Kearns to stop eating at this location. Store Location: 5900 So 3900 W, Kearns, UT 84118, Store No. 5688. The McDonalds Manager who would not give his name, did not apologize and had the worst attitude. We had purchased over $25 worth of food on August 17th, 2023 at 11:42 pm. The Manager did not provide the food or refund the money. We asked 3 times for our money back. He would not refund, this is theft!!! We had to drive all the way back to this store and deal with this untrained, unprofessional McDonalds Manager. The manager has no customer service skills at all! This is being reported to the McDonalds Corporate Office, sent out on all social media platforms, adding bad reviews, and reported to Gephardt Daily News. This kind of treatment needs to stop and this "Manager" should be fired for representing McDonalds in the worst possible way!

Waited 10 minutes after ordering at the drive-through before they brought out my quarter pounder. I witnessed 3 other cars behind me having to pull forward to and had theirs brought out before me. I had to go to the window and ask for my food a few minutes went by and I was brought my meal and it was cold! From waiting to long. I understand waiting for chicken or fish but not 15 minutes for a burger and fries!

This place sucks!!! I’m 100% sure the owners and managers don’t care…but the BEHAVIORS they’ve created with having you pull forward while everyone behind you gets their food before you sucks! It’s called fast food for a reason! This is literally at 3pm when the line is dead. Maybe 3 cars tops. I’ve been waiting almost 10 minutes for my meal!
