Wendy's

The drive thru is ALWAYS slow! I'm talking 30+ minutes just to place an order and it not even be alot of people or during peek hours. Let's nit talk about at night because you'll sit in that line 30+ minutes then get to the speaker and they tell you their system is down! This place has gone down hill BAD!! This is the only wendys that operates this way!!! Close it down or get all new management and employees!!!

Ordered the #8 combo meal large. Substituted the drink for a large strawberry milkshake. I have been anticipating trying their new strawberry milkshake for quite some time now. Sadly, it was not what I expected. Tasted only a light hint of strawberry flavor and tasted like it was sweetened with Splenda. I was definitely not impressed with the shake. The meal however was very good. The fries were crispy and hot and had the right amount of salt on them. The burger was also delicious. The service in drive through was slow, but the cashier was very friendly. Would not recommend the strawberry shake. Would definitely recommend the #8 combo meal. If you don't mind the wait I would recommend coming here. The food is fresh and tastes good

The service was quick and friendly, but the food is some of the worst I've had around Moncks Corner. Menu signs were outdated, so the burger I stopped in to try was not available. I tried the new special and it was sloppily put together and the pretzel bun was tough and chewy. Dave would not be proud of this particular establishment. Wendy's used to be known for high food quality and service, but those days seem far behind us after visiting this restaurant.
