Cook Out

The food was okay. The service was good, but I didn't receive the order that I asked for. In my opinion, it's not worth the price. Someone told me that the milkshakes are good, but I wouldn't know because I got a soda instead of the milkshake & float that I ordered...

I must say I never saw that coming. Today after having a hunger craving for a hamburger and not wanting to spend time waiting in lines that seldomly moved, so Cookout got the vote. Maybe I should have waited for a 2nd to the vote because the visit was anything but pleasurable. The line was short, truly short but my car proceeded forward. That is when it happened. I placed my order for a big double burger with only ketchup, cheese, and pickles along with my sides of hush puppies, Cajun fries, with a Dr. Pepper then the total came almost $10 for one plate. The menu states the try cost is $6.99 so when I got to the window I asked if there prices when up to which she said everything you wanted is extra. This has never happened to me before and even after I told the cashier I did not ask for bacon, she called it in to the back to say hold all of that but yet the bill never got adjusted. This seems out of character for this establishment to nickel and dime their faith customers. If that was

I absolutely love cookout it's my like 1:00 a.m. Go to place. Me and my son always go and get milkshakes and they have this blueberry cheesecake milkshake that is stupid good and my son absolutely loves peanut butter so he gets this chocolate peanut butter something else in it shake and he loves it. And their cheese curds are really good too. Great place to go for a midnight snack
