Crunch wrap was slightly burnt. Ordered extra cheese in my crunch wrap but didn’t seem like there was any extra. Rest of food was as expected from Taco Bell. The wait was horrible. Didn’t seem that busy for a mid day visit from the inside but maybe they had a bunch of DoorDash orders. Nobody is working the front counter, so it’s Kiosk only. I wanted to make a nix e fountain soda and that option is not available at the kiosk. I waited a few minutes before the manager acknowledged me and just gave me a free drink for having to wait.
When you order a nacho fries box you would expect the already minuscule tub of cheese to be full. Mine wasn’t even half full. I dipped two fries and was already on the bottom of the cup. The rest of the box was satisfactory. (The next day) I’ve been in this line for 35 minutes to pick up an Uber eats order there were only five cars in line when I got here and I’m still behind two of them… The lead car hasn’t moved in 15 minutes. Purgatory-esque.
