Good grief they are out of the French fried onions which almost everything they serve has them on it. So instead of telling me they put regular onions on it. Seriously? Plus my Daughters baconator fries smelled nasty and the cheese looked spoiled. The food has really gone downhill.

Ordered baked potatoes and spicy nuggets but didn't receive them. Called to ask what happened and the worker said the manager couldn't come to the phone because she was busy. The nice worker said I didn't get the items because they were out of those items. But never told Doordash that or credited my money.

I just waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes just waiting behind the car ordering. I decided to go inside to order and when I did, I stood at the counter long enough for me to ask an employee if there was anybody to take my order. When I asked that, the young lady pointed toward the restroom area and assured me that there was. At this time 3 young male employees emerged from the restroom which was very sketchy to me because their demeanor, dry hands, and uncaring attitude did not seem professional on any level to me. I immediately left. I implore management to review your cameras for today July, 5th around 6:13pm. I'm the dude in the red shirt and the lady that came in behind me I noticed gave up on the drive thru ordering attempt as well. To the young lady in the back that acknowledged me I actually think she cares about her job and she deserves better co-workers. Sad to say that this experience is expected these days.
