We’ve stopped here twice now on our way down to the lake. Both times we’ve waited at the window for at least 5 minutes before we’ve gotten our order. Not a huge deal if they’re all made fresh but both times my sandwich has been lukewarm. This last time (Friday 4/29/22 around 5:45pm) was a different story. This time, not only did they almost give me the wrong order (had it in the car when I realized there was pizza we didn’t order in the bag) and it gave us food poisoning the next day. At least everything tasted really good, it’s the only reason we’re giving it one more chance.

Ordered southwest salad with xtra chicken and this is what I received, I did not even bother to take pic of pepperoni pizza that I ordered, its sad representation wasn't worth the effort. But as this was a first try for this restaurant I will count myself informed as too the quality of food from this particular chain. Disappointed to say the least

The food was great, as always and the staff and management were fast, friendly and super helpful in finding my phone, that I had accidentally left behind. We had stopped on our way out of KC heading back to Tulsa, Hannah helped me get my phone back in a fast, efficient way. Thank you for the great customer service!
