Don't like drive thru prefer to pick up order and way too often I'm forced to use the drive thru due to the door being locked, which I have no way of knowing until I've parked and tried to enter. Find it to be rude
Terrible customer service. The energy in this place is wonky and it just feel like they are stealing from customers. Never get a receipt and totals always off.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and 2 were just barely warm. The other one had a whole piece of plastic in the middle, the cook tried to call me a liar saying there was no plastic. The manager said I have to contact corporate for a refund on my chicken sandwich. Seriously? How much more worse can your customer service be?
