Nothing on their door or app that says dining room is closed. Placed an order with their app and they made me go through a 9-car long drive through to get my food and it was cold by then. Over 20 mins waiting just to get my order. The most annoying thing was that the person inside wouldn’t even talk to me through the door and just pointed to the drive through. I won’t be coming back Extremely disappointed with this location! I would not have ordered something here if I knew the dining room was closed!
The absolute WORST fast food customer service in the area!! Employees would rather play with their long hair & on their phones than do their job, helping the customer. Do better, Wendy’s!
