McDonald's

This location is the one I usually go to, even though I have one much closer to my house. The reason for that is the much more respectful staff and the much smaller chance of receiving the wrong food (which happens all the time at other locations near here). Although I would say the time from getting in line to getting my food is a bit longer here and there, that's to be expected in a busier area (and due to my aforementioned reasons, I find it worth it anyway).

I had DoorDash deliver a couple of Quarter Pounders and a chocolate shake tonight. I just want to say that everything was up to McDonald's usual standards. The sandwiches could have been used for publicity shots, they were that perfectly prepared, and the chocolate shake was still nice and thick. I normally order two sandwiches, eat one and save the other for the next day. The one I ate tonight was great. I used to work at the top-rated McDonalds in the Detroit, MI area, and my Quarter Pounder tonight was just as good as the ones we made there. Be proud of your crew and their work.

They frequently get the orders wrong. I’ve had to go back 4 times on one order, they just wouldn’t read the order and prepare what was ordered. Had another incident tonight, waited curbside for half an hour, finally received…only the drinks! Called to get the rest of my order, they said they’d bring it right out…and it still wasn’t what I ordered! Furthermore, the girl on the phone was talking to her coworkers about me and said “people be crazy” as if it’s insane to want to receive what has been ordered.
