Wendy's

After waiting in line for over 15 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me, I get to the speaker only for the worker to snap at me that they were closed, 5 minutes before they actually close. And the last time that I tried to go to this location, at 7pm, they told me that they were only doing mobile orders and wouldn't take any others. Maybe y'all should have better customer service.

They just had a line of like 10 cars sitting in the drive thru for at least half an hour before they turned off the ordering and just let us sit there without saying anything. I got there at 12:30, but there were at least half a dozen cars in front of me. Half of the people there were picking up DoorDash orders (myself included), so none of us got paid for the orders we waited half an hour (or more) for. Our orders should have already been made, so what did they do with them? And why couldn’t they have told us that they weren’t going to be made? I wonder how much they would like it if someone made them stay at work without getting paid.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Employees at this location create a bad name for the brand. I will never eat at another Wendy’s because of this location.
