Wouldn’t take our coupon at window even though she took it. Pulling away noticed no coupon discount. Brought to her attention and she said I had to tell them at speaker. Got a refund instead. She was holding the coupon while doing this. Went back one other time and got chicken two sandwiches made completely wrong. They just don’t care. Not going back . Was rude, manager came over and said what’s their problem
Always good fresh food! I really went there for their fish sandwich, which I thought was a permanent menu item, to learn they no longer carry it...
Great Customer service, (1rst time at any Arby's in 4 years) she gave me advice on a particular item that I asked about ( the Gyros) I took it & it was great! & Walla 5 Stars!
