Cook Out

The food was good, and the price is right. Hope took our order, and she was a doll! However, the management (Angel)needs some training on customer service. We ordered for four people. One of the orders didn't come out with the others. It took 25 minutes to get it, and when it came the container was covered with food on the top and the side was all melted. I brought it to the manager and asked her, "How is this okay?" She got defensive with an attitude and said,"Well do you want a refund or your food?" I don't care who's fault it was. It was busy, and it was obvious that she was also busy. But, when did common courtesy and kindness ever stop being a thing. Why couldn't an ,"I'm so sorry, let me get you a fresh one right away" not have been said? It's a sad world when people are just miserable and can't show any kindness to one another.

Let me tell you, the drive thru line wraps around to the street. Food is that good here! But they usually move pretty quickly. Employees here are very nice and accommodating. Reasonable prices. Will be back!

This is the cleanest, nicest Cookout i've been to, but the location of the restaurant isn't the most convenient and in a heavy traffic area. One plus is that this is one of the few Cookouts with indoor seating, and their log-cabin style is very inviting. The food is always amazing, you know you have to get one of their world-famous milkshakes! My go to order is a big double burger tray with fries and cheddar bites. Yum! My only real valid complaint is that this place is staffed almost exclusively by teenagers, and the orders often get messed up (like 50-60% of the time.) They might forget to add something you requested, or miss an item, or give you the completely wrong order. I will say they are quick to fix it every time. The prices for the food are unbelievably low, considering how good everything is. My family and I can eat here for less than $20 and we're not left hungry.
