Ordered lunch to go, while waiting on food multiple patrons including myself witnessed a gentleman behind the counter, wipe sweat from his beard then grab fries to place in a bag with no gloves on. When asked for a refund prior to my food coming out the manager was obviously frustrated with the request and threw my drink away after refunding my money. I had just sat the drink down and offered to pay for it when she grabbed it and went straight to the trash.

I ordered via the app. Pulled up to the speaker and nobody answered for several minutes. I pulled up to the window and there was nobody to be found. Several minutes later someone asked if I was Doordash. I was not. About 10 more minutes went by and I finally had my food. My burger had burnt rock hard pieces of who knows what in it. Several cars behind me left because nobody was taking orders. The manager was just standing there with other workers doing nothing.Terrible associates.

I come here and they tell me it’s mobile order only. Then when I come back I’m waiting in line for people who are ordering thru the drive thru. They can’t handle stress or any kind of situation. Needs to be trained cause I don’t mind waiting but when they tell you it’s mobile order Oky then he next for cars that go thru can order it tells me they can’t keep up with the orders. SMH all the way
