Sonic Drive-In

Placed an order on the mobile app and waited an hour. No one answered the red button. Decided to go to the drive thru to check on my order. Told me to go back to a stall. Hadn't even started my order. Would have been better off going ANYWHERE ELSE.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never been to a worse Sonic. We waited 5 minutes after pushing the button before we realized nobody had answered to take our order. We should have taken that as a sign and left but we decided to go through the drive. We waited there for at least a minute before saying “hello?” and someone came back and asked us to wait a moment (instead of saying that from the start). We ended up waiting for our food for over 30 minutes. When we finally got back to our hotel, the meat on my hamburger was actually hard (it looked / tasted old), my husband’s burger was also terrible, there was no fork (for chili cheese tots), no ranch that was supposed to be with the Ched ‘R’ Peppers and no napkins. We ended up throwing everything (mainly our money) away and went somewhere else to get food. I’d definitely avoid this place.

30 minute wait AFTER arrival at store in the Drive-Thru line for an incomplete AND incorrect order of 3 items. Order was placed via sonic app so it is impossible that anything was misunderstood. Mozzarella sticks & corn dog were ~body temperature. Photos of me at home recooking them. Cookie dough, Reese's cup & Oreo shake seems to be devoid of any toppings apart from the 4 individual piece of cookie-dough placed on top as a cruel joke.
