This is the second time I have tried to order the sausage, egg & swiss croissant and once again it came without the swiss cheese sauce! I really enjoyed these but will go back to Burger King now!

Absolutely terrible franchise, any positive reviews are faked to try and improve presentation. Staff fails at delivering correct order and demeans guests. When trying to contact a manager they will hang up and disconnect the phone so the line becomes “busy”. Absolutely terrible service, would definitely recommend a district manager reshapes this establishment.

No stars. The guy who took our order was rude, told me to order one thing at a time (all I'd said was two 4 for 4s), then repeated back the wrong thing and told me to start over and speak clearly. Then when I asked if they had Minute Maid lemonade said yes, but after we left we saw that not only did he still give us the fresh lemonade but charged us extra for it to boot. We had the wrong burgers for the 4 for 4s and I asked for 3 orders of nuggets, he only rang in 2. Gave us the wrong sauces, too. The worst part? It was apparently the manager who took and served our order.
