When did the name change to Dough Deli, always known it as Einstein Bagels, liked that name much better!!!
Worst experience ever! I placed the order and wa told by app to go to Einstein’s on south wadsworth to pick up at 11:20. I waited until 11:45 when my spouse went inside to pick up. After being charged for the order and waiting another 10 minutes he was told that our Oder was canceled. No notification at all! I went inside and ask to speak to the manager as my card had already been charged. I was told “ we are understaffed so we canceled your order… I literally have had no time to breath”. Wow! When I mentioned that my card had already been charged and a. Notification of cancel would’ve been nice before we drove to store for pick up, I was told “ we would’ve refunded you… I just haven’t had time” How ridiculous of me to show up at the store for my pick up order thinking it would actually be there as ordered!!!!!! I will NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN! Oh I was also told that next time I order a sandwich I’ll have a credit…. Like there would actually be a next time????? Are you kidding m
