what is this guacamole?! chunks and strings galore and this is supposed to be a “premium” item on your menu. Quality control is needed
Absolutely terrible from start to finish, no line at the counter 4 employees present and had to wait for service, order two veggie burritos and they didnt have veggies but charged us full price. Bought a bag of chips that had less than 10 chips in it. Absolutely disgusted with our experience.
I usually order through the app and pick up. There have been issues the last 3-4 times I ordered. They forgot (?) the guac on 4 burritos multiple times. Today, all of our burritos were squashed like they had been sat on and poorly wrapped. They obviously don't care about to go orders. I will no longer be going to this location.
