Wendy's

I have stayed away from Wendy's for approximately two years because service at some locations is poor and drive thru service often comes with pay challenges. I tried this location because it was in Short Pump and I expected a better standard. I ordered two baked potatoes of which they did not have. Instead I ordered a Jr. bacon cheeseburger and a diet coke. The sandwich was properly made and had a good taste. I was still a bit perplexed as to how Wendy's could not have a signature item in the afternoon.

Even thought the have signage is up in several places for new strawberry frosty however, they did not have any strawberry frosty. Nuggets and fries were half warm. Very disappointing ???? Wendy's experience!

Staff tone of voice in drive-thru was horrible, as if just going to order made her more upset. Then we needed another drink, didn't pay for it, so instead of getting size we wanted we were charged for the largest size 'by mistake' after giving a debit card. At this point the formerly open drive-thru window was slammed shut in our face. It opened again to toss our food out and slammed again. Thanks. My food recommendation....get the summer strawberry salad if you're having a toss-up between that and the southwest avocado salad. Both are good though ????
