I give this restaurant 4 stars mainly because I was excited to see the classic look on the inside. Brought back memories from childhood. Clean all around and kiosks were available for order due to short staffed shift. I take a star off from 5 for the reason of lack of friendly service and quality of food. I’m just disappointed overall, over the past year I’ve ordered from this location both in person and through delivery apps. Nearly every single time I order, my order is wrong. If i say “sun black beans”, i get meat. If i say “no cheese”, it’s smothered in it. “No tomatoes”, never right. Doesn’t seem to matter how big or small the order is it’s always wrong. Today was no different, i ordered a black bean crunch wrap with no cheese or sour cream, got a meat filled crunch wrap, with cheese and sour cream, and got another filed with cheese and potatoes? Had one item with no veggies and that’s all it had. Overall I don’t understand how it’s possible to mess up this often, for this long.
