Cook Out

The drive through progressed pretty quickly and the cashier was very polite. Unfortunately almost everything we ordered had an issue. The wrong drinks were given, there was cheese on everything although we explicitly said no cheese due to a dairy allergy (noted on the receipt as no cheese), no cajun seasoning on the fries (listed as cajun fries on the receipt), none of the side sauces were present that were asked for and the wrong toppings were on the burgers. Definitely a bummer as the only thing correct was the side of hush puppies.

Wonderful service for the most part, the cashier Mikeala was friendly and professional- I cannot say the same about whoever was working the drive through window. Everyone in the lobby was able to hear the professionalism coming from the back. Cashier (Mikeala) did what she could to stop the madness in front of customers.

Food is great, but the dine-in customer service is horrible! The young lady who works the cash register, doesn't realize when she goes around the corner to fill our orders we can hear her talking shxt about the customers she just took the order of. One customer she helped ordered 2 milkshakes and she was cussing and complaining for having to make so many shakes when its cold outside. Its just sad and I kind of pity her…
