Whole experience seemed pleasant up until I got ready to eat my burger. All I wanted was a Bacon Cheddar and small fry. Whoever was on the grill today, you probably was having an off day, but karma coming back to you times 10. One piece of bacon and a bunch of burnt ???? from the grill. For all the extra charred stuff, the burger was still pink too…. Tossed it.

On 08/08/2022 Approximately 8:00 p.m. I went to Zaxby's to pick up dinner, the line was wrapped around the building, so I decided I'll get my salads from Wendy's. I've been in customer service and the food industry for over 25 years, and I can honestly say that was the worst customer service ever provided, from "Adult" employees. There was a man who took our order, with his lack of understanding to two simple question, "When it says combo for a salad, what does that consist of?" He proceeded to tell me and I replied, "No, just give me the Strawberry salad" I didn't want the drink or fries He snaps back rudely and says "Then you don't want no COMBO THEN! As I scroll the menu, I asked him, "Do you have anything similar to a Cobb salad?" He replied to me in a nasty tone, "WE DONT HAVE THAT HERE, YOU ARE NOT AT CHICK-FIL-A." So, I ordered a #1 combo with a tea no ice. The older woman with short hair who took our money was pleasant, kind, and you can tell who respects, the people's decisio
