Monterrey Mexican Restaurant Douglasville

All I can say is horrible service and dirty dishes. They have fried chicken chimichanga so I asked could they give me a fried chicken taco instead. The server looked at me crazy and said No as if I asked him to do something so extreme. I was already turned off by the dirty bowl they brought out for salsa and now I can’t get fried chicken in my taco when they have fried chicken on the menu. I immediately got up and walked out. Wish I would have had a chance to taste the food by the reviews it seems as if it would have been to die for. But service is everything to me.

Throughout the years, we have visited this restaurant many times. We at one time lived closer than now, but still love coming here when we're in Douglasville. The food is always something to brag about, and service is good, too. It has had some changes with decor over the years ,but not many. Still, I love the smile I get walking inside. Try it, you'll like it too, but remember it gets really busy at times and is really crowded.

Traveling on business dining alone. Asked for margarita on the rocks. Definitely the worst margarita I've ever had. Chips tasted stale. Ordered a steak salad it was good ????. Waiter never checked up after my food arrived.
