Waffle House

I didnt even eant to get them 1 star. I first started calling before I left home. The answering machine says "With respect for our dinning in guest we are not answering the phone." So I drive up there on my way to work, not 1 customer in the building music is so loud waitress can even hear my order. I ask for me told and was told that I had to wait til the food was ready because she hadnt wrote it down yet. I should have known better this happens all the time at this waffle House.????????????

Cockroaches!!!! At the first booth. Went to Booth across the restaurant, almost done eating, another cockroach! The cook said the city(McDonough) owns the mulch covered plant beds and the mulch attracts the cockroaches. The waitress didn't fill our coffee wo being asked. She sat and talked to customer. As we left, the group who sat at the first table jumped up because- guess why- they saw it! I'll NEVER go back to that location.Oh- the waitress sorry- we can't do anything about them bc of the mulch. Umm.. pretty sure I'd be spraying food safe bug spray in the corners where wall meets floor. Disgusting.

The employees at this Waffle House have been doing extraordinary wonderful job. One particularly young lady has been working over 24 hours just because of short staff. I encourage everyone to please support tip and acknowledge the hard work that many of these employees have been putting in even if service is slow. But concerning food our food and waffles were excellent Thank you so much.
