American Wings & Cajun Seafood

This is my first time here and customer service is absolutely horrible. The person at the counter was rude and had a nasty attitude, like I was bothering her. I used my debit card, signed my receipt and was given my card back. She then proceeds to walk outside to get the owner. The owner comes back in and tells me my payment didn’t go through. I pull up my bank account and the payment shows up. The owner still says the payment may not go through at the end of the night?? So I ask for a refund and tell her to cancel my order. She’s continues to say no let’s work it out. So I leave me name and telephone number in case the order does not go through. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

The food came overcooked (burned). I called and spoke to a manager who told me I need to save the food and return them in order for her to do anything. Do you all really expect people to keep burned food in their fridge until they decide to order from you again? Is pictures really not enough? I got 3 burned plates of shrimp and tenders and I just really didn’t like the experience with the manager. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Worste customer service ever! My first time there I got charged twice for the same order, I was told to verify with my bank to see of both charges went through by African American lady because there system was acting up. I checked and it did; they told me come back the next day for a refund, I went and kept being told to come back it wasn't until 7days later before they finally gave me the money back and I literally had to cuss that lady out for her to refund me. I decided to give them a second try, I ordered 1/2lb shrimp and they game me 7 shrimp 4 large potatoes and a bag full of sauce. They deserve 0 stars
