Waffle House

Good customer service. Food was average. Every time I visit a Waffle House it seems my food is always cold by the time it gets to me. Even my coffee.

Customer service is terrible. You walk in and employees do not greet you. Nor do they greet you once they come to your table to take your order. When my mother and I would say thank you he just says mmhmm LOL. It’s really sad though honestly. Especially when you make a living off of your tips. When it was time to check out I paid with my card but I left the cash tip on the table prior to paying because another server was checking me until he walked over to assist her at the register. However, once our male server sees that I input “no tip” when checking out. He immediately walks away in rage (like a child who can’t get their way) and did not even say thanks or have a good day. The entire time his tip was on the table. I thought about taking the cash tip back from off of the table since he DID not deserve it but I left it alone. The food is always really quick and tasty. They have consistently made the best waffles of any waffle house I've eaten at. They keep a clean store and the staff is always friendly and attentive.
