Went here after a concert. About 11 Pm. Half of restaurant was taped off. Only two employees. Manager was on grill. Told twice" just a few minutes". I asked if they could open more tables for me and the 10 or so that came in after me. Was rudely told, no there is only two of us. You will have to wait. ( OPEN 24 HOURS BUT CANT HANDLE 30 PEOPLE) ?! We left hungry. Why even open?
10/5 experience. The staff are amazing, the food is amazing. Jacqueline is a beautiful human who deserves all the respect in the world. I go to WHs for good food and good company and this one is always on point. If you don't agree, waffle house may be too good for you, especially this one. Edit: I came back a week later and Jacqueline remembered us and I could hear the sincerity when she said she was glad to see us again, makes me feel welcomed ☺️
Such a warm welcoming service, great atmosphere and food. Visiting from the UK the waitress was lovely towards our boys and checked on us regularly, ensuring we were all well fed and watered. Thoroughly recommend! Thank you
