Sonic Drive-In

Yesi was rude and in a rush while taking my order. She charged me for something I didn’t ask for and then got the picked the incorrect meal I order. When I pressed the button to let her know she had an attitude and told me she wasn’t the one who made the mistake. Looks young, make her first job. You won’t get very far with that attitude.

Never in my life would i have thought I would experience what I experienced at this sonic. I would not have described sonic as a highly reputable place anyway, but tonight's interaction proves it is not worthy of ever returning. I was in the drive through, and the cashier at the window was extremely unprofessional, immature, and nasty. I was trying to receive my food, and he kept playing with it, putting it in my hand and taking it back and playing and laughing. I sat there in my car completely shocked, unable to speak at what was being done. I could hear the employees in the building beside him laughing as well. I saw no manager, no voice of reason telling him to stop, no grown up or professional looking after to make sure the customers were well served. Once we got the food, it tasted like it had been sitting out all day, and was inedible. I truly hope no customer has to experience what I did, because it was extremely humiliating. I would warn you to just never go here.

The slowest service at any Sonic I have ever been to. Love Sonic and this one is so convenient to me. Consistently long waits even though there aren’t a lot of customers. Whoever the owner is needs to hire more staff. You have lost a loyal customer who would otherwise visit this location regularly.
