Cook Out

Night crew is rude and have no customer service whatsoever. Got to window asked the young lady at the window how she was…no response. Once I got my food I thanked her…again no response. Ordered a tray (Cajun chicken). The order was wrong just a piece of chicken in between a bun. No seasoning on chicken no toppings. The shake wasn’t mixed at all big chunks of peanut butter in the shake. Barely any Oreo in it. Went back and asked for a refund the woman making the shakes proceeded in arguing with me about the shake. Once she got the manager to issue a refund he just came to the window and said. “You want a refund,” I said yes. Didn’t ask me what was wrong didn’t even care just issued the refund and I was on my way. STAY AWAY!!!!

It’s fast and cheap fast food. It’s pretty good but you get what you pay for. But still one of my favorite fast food chains.

Order two orders if onion rings only one was in the bag so went through the drive-thru turned around had to go back walk up to the window, looked in the window was amazing how slippery and nasty the floor was. The guy at the window slide across the floor taking orders like he was in the skating rink ewwww.
