Waffle House

Third time visiting this Waffle House …. Second time with this cook and crew where the service was absolutely horrible … I have been going to Waffle House for years and years and usually order similar things … literally as I placed my order got the deer in headlights look from the server which I was forced to order to go since they had half the seats roped off and wouldn’t open them… there was ONE order ahead of me that cancelled due to waiting too long … I waited over 40 minutes for a dang burger and hashbrowns with 2 eggs … ridiculous…. FOR A FORCED TO GO ORDER AT THAT!!! The cook was slow and looked like he either just flat out didn’t care or was just typically that slow … the server talked so low you can’t even hear them and I had to repeat back everything I said at least two times …. However yesterday evening that shift and crew was on point had good in less than 10 minutes from walking in the door …. Got carryout, they left out half my order. I tried to call but they LITERALLY don't take phone calls. What a crock. You know you can answer the phone and ALSO have a policy of not taking carryout orders by phone? So now I have no food, food that I paid for, and no way of getting my money back unless I waste time and gas driving back. What a scam. Bet it is intentional.
