Village Inn

Went to lunch here with my stepmom and it was a very pleasant experience! Our server was very polite and patient with us and the food was awesome as always!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE , their cooks have no Integrity in their work. They burnt my food and did not season my fries. Some one knew my order was not at its best. They cooked it, knew it was burnt and could have remade it, but they didn’t care. Who ever bagged my food up seen that it was burnt and could have had it remade, but they didn’t. They didn’t care how they sent this food out. Places like this will get people sick. They don’t care about your food or you. They just want your money. Spend it at a better place.

We were seated immediately. Then we waited an hour for our food. The server never updated us as to what was going on or why it was taking so long. At least 10 open tables. Air conditioning not running possibly - SO HOT. We had to end up getting our order to go. It took another 15 minutes to have our luke warm food boxed up and for us to pay. No one apologized, discounted our food, or made it right in any type of way. We will NOT be back. Update: We got home with our food (we live approximately 5 minutes away) and it was ice cold, my husbands meal was upside down in the box, and we were given no condiments to go whatsoever.
