Volcano Grill

I really like it here. I like that they have fish options. Flame broiler doesn't. Also it's always fresh & made to order. The food is really good. Really it's a 5 star as far as food taste and quality goes , especially compared against Wana grill or flame broiler. But has to lose a star because they charge $2.25 to add avocado to my kids bowl $7.50 for a kids chicken bowl with avocado, kinda nuts.

Let's just say the customer service is terrible. When I ordered my food the guy there acted liked he couldn't hear me. I had to repeat myself numerous times. Then when my food was done he did not even tell me. I asked for sauce and he just kept pointing to it instead of communicating to me like an adult. I don't like to make racist claims however as a black/mixed women did feel like I was treated differently. When I told him I did not appreciate his customer service he said it's only him and was very rude certainly not an excuse to treat paying customers poorly. I definitely won't be going back.

This is a great place for lunch and dinner. They have a good selection of items to choose from. The portions are great and prices are decent. I like to order online and then they have my order ready in minutes. My favorite place is half and half veggie beef bowl. I recommend this over WaBa Grill or flame broiler.
