What a gem of a restaurant in Shelton. The Italian is authentic. And the food always arrives hot and portions are great. Frank is a great waiter and is part of a team that goes out of the way to make sure you're always happy. If your near Shelton go I promise you won't be disappointed

I would have given it a higher rating but the meatballs were so bad, it should be embarrassing to the restaurant. They tasted like nothing and the texture was so odd. I've had meatballs where they pile in the breadcrumbs which is bad enough, but this was some how worse. I had someone do a blind taste test kinda, and they couldn't tell what they were eating. They thought it was like jello. Hands down the worst and most flavorless meatball I've had in my life. I'd like to give them another chance and try something else, but if you can't make a decent meatball, you shouldn't be in business as an Italian restaurant. Even the sauce wasn't that great.

I wish we had known about this restaurant years ago. It's tucked in a shopping plaza near Huntington Green, Shelton. We thought it was a just a pizza place when we went to check it out. It's so much more. The menu has so many entrée's to choose from. The tables have tableclothes definitely a step up from just an Italian restaurant. I got cavatelli broccoli & sausage. It had lots of flavor and garlic. My husband had the lasagna, it came looking flatter than you usually think of lasagna but a large portion and very delicious. The meals came with a large garden salad. The portions are large enough to share a meal, we enjoy our food fresh. We asked about sharing next time for $6.00 extra you get a second salad and bread. We definitely will be going back!
