Catano's Cocina

My husband and I have been to Catano's three times now. The food is the best Latin food in the area - hands down. I always get the pernil and their muduros - they are both the best I've ever had. This past Saturday evening we brought our friend from RI and we got to meet the owner. He was so happy to have us and treated us like royalty. Again, the food was superb. She got their new addition to the menu - lomo saltado. I had a few bites and I think that was the best lomo I've ever had as well! My husband got three different tacos and said they were all terrific. There are tables inside as well as a newly installed outdoor seating area. Don't forget they have homemade desserts in the refrigerator cases - mango cheesecake and tres leches for the win. I highly recommend this wonderful, friendly restaurant and can't wait to return!

Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat. Such unique delicious food. It’s like having a Dominican Grandmother cook you amazing food locally and they also have some Puerto Rican food. Can’t go wrong!!!

At first we weren’t sure if this is a place that we should go for dinner, so we went in checked on what food there was, and the boss was very good! He helped us pick out what we want, he explained to us what this place is about, and he gave us some samples! Best decision we made! 5 star for sure!
