I rarely splurge and eat food like this (due to gluten). We decided on this place because my husband loved the cannelloni alfredo. James, did not press "alfredo" as a substitute and said it was "too late to change it, so... everything good?" Are you kidding me? I'm assuming he realized after they were heating up the obviously pre-made dish. He should have fixed it. Comped it. Had a manager come speak to us. He brings out cannelloni with marinara. The most acidic marinara. Says it won't happen next time and he has the audacity to say "bet it tastes better with alfredo sauce". You bet ya it won't happen again because we won't be back. Bland food, like watered down Ragu jar pasta. This place has really gone down hill fast. Used to be my favorite Italian food. Maybe train your servers how to talk to people. And make it right when a guest is obviously annoyed with their servers incompetence. The blonde manager knew something was wrong but was just as rude, and wouldnt even approach. Just k

My server was very cordial and friendly-- however I was highly disappointed in the food today. My wait time was short- however my food was cold. I have an appetizer of calamari which was both cold and decidedly lacking in flavor. My meatballs were cold, the sauce WAS hot but frankly tasted pre-made. I have eaten here some months back and the food was flavorful, not sure what's happened today.

Wonderful food and service. All the dishes were very flavorful and great portions. We ordered the fried calamari, chicken cacciatore, pepperoni pizza, and seafood pescatore.
