Taco Bell

Disappointed this evening. We placed larger order, and Taco Bell. Got home and not only was our Mexican pizza was smashed, so were the tacos. Since it was later, we did not want to go back. Called to try and speak with the manager, but they would not answer.

Food was undercooked, Refused to give receipt at drive thru, called manager asked for district manager # they hang up. Return to store have order to be remade or at least a refund an they started use threats to get us to leave. Had to call another location just to get there home office #

If I could leave negative stars I would. Not no stars, “NEGATIVE STARS” Apparently nobody at this place listens to anything. I ask for no sour cream every single time I come here. 90% of the time there is sour cream on our food. Or will sit there and order something and tell them they gave you the wrong thing that you asked for and then argue with you that no that’s not what you asked for when they agreed with you that they added the wrong thing at the ordering speaker. This was my favorite one when they managed to mess up my order 3 times and on the 3rd time just managed to forgot half of the order. Only reason I keep going to this one is because it is the closest one to me and we love Taco Bell and sit there and say every time we go they can’t possibly mess it up again and manage to do it almost every time. Fire everyone from this location and start fresh. I’m sure the homeless people up and down NW expressway could use a job and do way better than anyone of them working there!
