Taco Bell

Food was undercooked, Refused to give receipt at drive thru, called manager asked for district manager # they hang up. Return to store have order to be remade or at least a refund an they started use threats to get us to leave. Had to call another location just to get there home office #

I pulled up to order two chipotle chicken ranch burritos... well whatever that boy was he said "we just dropped chicken." Like I know what that means or something... and so I said "what does that mean?" And he said "it'll be 15 minutes"... I got the feeling that they were just too lazy in there to cook chicken!!! So I said okay I'll wait 15 minutes! That's when that little boy said "get out of my line." I guess Taco Bell doesn't want to cook chicken and serve customers anymore? If I could give less than one star you better believe I would!!!

5 months ago I gave this Taco Bell 1 star, they have made changes and are now very good! Employees are friendly, food is good and accurate, no complaints. I'm so glad to have a good Taco Bell available! Never get orders right and then are rude to you when you just try to get the things you ordered. Even if they give you the correct item, it's made so poorly you don't want to eat it.
