McDonald's

Food has alway been fresh and amazingly good, but today when we went to pick up our order they forgot the Happy meal and we kept showing them our order# and no one spoke English and couldn’t understand us. All the staff was just looking at us. It took 20 minutes for someone to understand what we w talking about. Very frustrating!

Went inside to order.....the girl waiting on us, her English was horrible. I'm sorry but you couldn't understand a word she said. Order was wrong when we got it. 9/10 our order is wrong. It's usually something simple like they ask what sauce we want, we tell them, then we don't even get the sauce. They can input everything you order on the screen, but by the time you get to the window to get your food you are missing an item. You look on the receipt and see you weren't charged for it meaning they erased it from your order before you paid for it for some reason. 9/10 times when I ask for just meat and cheese on a burger, they give it to us loaded with everything it typically comes with. It's really just several small inconveniences. But the workers are usually pretty nice and fix the issue.
