Stopped in for brunch after a hike. Wait staff was super friendly and we enjoyed the open kitchen. Food was 50/50. My bloody mary was too spicy and my flatbread was meh, but my husband really enjoyed his beer and steak & eggs. He said the chimichurri was really delicious, but wished the dish would have come with potatoes or toast for the price. Overall a good place and we will be back to try a dinner sometime.

Vana continues to be a standout among all the restaurants in the Queen City. It has not disappointed to date. Their seasonal items alongside the every changing specials make every experience new and delicious. The drinks are always perfectly balanced and service is friendly and welcoming. (Bar was backed up and they brought along a beer for the wait) Their massive dry aged steak is a great item to share with friends and comes with a great chimichurri and garlic sauce. The roasted vegetables are also a must. Great place to take friends and family from out of town and intimate enough for a date night. Great wine options as well and the dessert tends to always be the perfect dish to end the night. 10/10 highly recommend. Can’t wait for the next time I can go back!

The restaurant has a great vibe!! The kitchen is the center of attraction with all eyes on the amazing presentations they prepare right in front of you! Watching the Chef take the time on every dish with such attention to detail was incredible. There is no cooktop, only an open fire to heat up the food!! The food is unique and best to come with an open mind. The dishes can be unusual but the flavors are amazing. The service was excellent, our waiter was very knowledgeable and was on point with his recommendations. Great place to go with a date! You most likely will need a reservation, but totally worth the call!!!
