JINYA Ramen Bar - Ally Charlotte Center

This was first visit to Jinya. I was thoroughly impressed. The place was fantastic. The food was great. My ramen was flavorful, fresh and cooked perfectly. The rest of my family also lives their meals. The icing on the cake though was the service. Miko was out service and they were a total pro. Took time to explain the menu to us, made good recommendations and explained what they liked about it, paid great attention to our table and the levels of our drinks and was a generally happy person to be around. It really felt like they genuinely enjoyed the job and had fun doing it. If I could steal Miko for my own business I would! I hope the mgmt appreciates what they have. Definitely will be back many more times to come.

Probably one of the best restaurants we've been to over the last few months. Absolutely delicious ramen, outstanding, flavourful and rich. Vegans, it's our paradise, 1/3 of the menu is dedicated to us! Plant based options even the ramen broth is vegan, and the taste is too die for. I loved the kids menu, my little one got rice, steamed cauliflower, corn, plant based ground beef, greens sprinkled with some delicious sauce, little taco with guac and ground beef, a slice of orange, and edamame. Hot Sake is top quality, and a huge variety of local brewery beers, we got 2 drafts, 8 samples total. Service is wonderful, fast, polite, attentive. For 5 people we paid 200 including sake and 2 beer drafts. Tips are included in the bill by default and then you additionally get a suggestion for a tip in your final bill, so don't get caught on it :)))

First time visit for me. I wasn’t impress with the menu. Didn’t see many options but I did enjoy the chicken ramen entree. The dish was very flavorful. I did enjoy the drinks. Nonetheless, the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and I enjoyed my night out with my fellow nurse buddies!
