I have been going to Urban Plates since they opened and always have great meals and service. I use my Plate Pass membership every week to save $$$, it's easy and works out great. I remember back when Carina was a line chef and was happy for her when she was promoted to Head Chef! It is always great to she her friendly smiling face and she makes us regulars feel appreciated. It's not easy to keep a Resturant on top, but she has done a great job with her staff and the food preparation is the best it's ever been. Keep up the good work Urban Plates and Carina!!!
We enjoyed the Seabass and Double Cheeseburger. The Ahi Niçoise salad was a bit disappointing, as it did not look much like the pictures. Portion sizes were perfect, and the environment was great as well!
This palce changed their business model during covid. Now you have to order at the counter and you can't see the food prep anymore. Since this change it looks like food quality isn't as good. Tomatoes in the Cesar were unripe and hard. The toast was stale.
