Ceviche Craft - Del Mar

Love love love this place! Delicious and fresh, made-to-order ceviche and more. I’ve been in at least a dozen times and it never disappoints. Today I had a small bowl- the perfect size for me. I had salmon with citrus ponzu sauce. The sauces are the bomb. They are each uniquely crafted works of taste art (did I just make that up??) Kidding aside, they are amazing. I also love the cilantro lime . You can choose your toppings: I had cucumber, onion, jicama, green onion, avocado and cilantro. All ingredients are so crispy and flavorful. It is served with a tostada that is a perfect scooping utensil for it. My husband ordered tacos that looked and smelled delicious and the clam chowder. The chowder was a sweeter version of it- we both really enjoyed it (I had to try it!) The service is also a great reason to go. A young lady helped me at the counter & she was super nice. I really love this place. Highly recommend!

WoW , This is by far my Favorite healthy ceviche place to eat in So Cal ! Impromptu lunch and stumbled on this little gem. Ordered the tower with my husband and two steak tacos, all build your own. Food came out absolutely delicious! Definitely a favorite new spot for a quick, fresh bite to eat.
