Underground Burger QC

So first I'll like to thank you for the foodgasim I had a lunch today. I almost had to take a nap but I powered through and made it. Just moved to the area and was excited when I saw In N Out. Went here instead and OMG I am so glad it did. The burger was the best I've had in a long time like since I was a child! YOU HAD ME AT BRIOCHE BUN! Omg my spouse grabbed his food and 5 mins later he wanted more ????????. So after the blood bath over the waffles fries and additive sauce I claimed victory over my remaining food and continued to feast in peace. That said if I ever crave a burger again I know exactly where to go. Sorry In n Out, I'm out! Underground understood the assignment ???? ????

The burger was thick and tasty. The menu is very limited, so if you're looking for variety, this ain't it. But if you're looking for a delicious burger, waffle fries, and a tasty milkshake, this is the place! It's not an eat in place, but there are a couple tables outside and if the weather is nice, it's very pleasant. Oh, and their fry sauce is amazing!

I Have ordered one time a couple of months ago within a few weeks after they opened. The food itself was not bad, but 2 items were not made correctly. A single hamburger came with cheese despite being listed as no cheese, and the 2nd was a double bacon cheeseburger that was only a single patty. I submitted feedback on the app about the order being wrong, but never heard back from anyone. I don’t have confidence to order there again at this time. If you are going to charge a little more for quality that’s fine, but this was not delivered on my first experience. Update: A big thank you to the owner for reaching out promptly after this feedback was provided, and a more than fair gesture was made to make the situation whole. Looking forward to ordering at your restaurant again Brian. Thanks again!
