I placed a delivery order on Friday 11/18 at around 6:30 pm through the app. When we received our order, we were completely missing 3 taco supremes. After I hunted down the store that our delivery came from (which was nowhere near the closest store btw), I spoke to a female manager named Jerry who claimed to be the highest manager that I could speak to. After spending a considerable amount of time seeking a resolution as I was unwilling to drive to the store to pick up the tacos after I PAID FOR DELIVERY, Jerry told me that she was going to speak to the manager of the store closest to me to see if he would be willing to replace my order at another time. She took my name and number and assured me several times that she would call me back on Saturday. It's now Monday and I've not heard a word. I'm super disappointed by the whole experience.
Worst Taco Bell ever. Everyone that works in there is over 200lbs. I guarantee they wouldn’t make there lunch this way. I called and told them and they said there bosses make them weigh everything. Lmao. There doing it wrong
If you go there after 11:00 p.m. the manager and the crew are top-notch. I pay way too much for cheese, lettuce, and meet for my tacos to not fill me up. This crew makes tacos how I remember Taco Bell used to make them! Wow! Give this manager a raise!
