Little Caesars Pizza

Just bought 2 pizzas from this location. Had them fix it twice and the pizzas were still horrible. The cheese was burnt however not even melted. Cashier was very rude and had an issue with fixing it.

This was the worst pizza experience I've ever had. I've ordered from Little Caesars many times and I love their pick-up system. It's usually so quick and easy. My usual location was recently closed so I thought I'd try this location even though it isn't all that convenient for me. NEVER AGAIN. I arrived at the time given to me by the Little Caesars phone app (30 minutes after the order time). No pizza in the Pizza Portal. I patiently waited another 20 minutes. Starting to get a little impatient by now and complained to the counter guy. Eventually, after about an hour, I received my pizza. If it's going to take an hour to make a simple pepperoni pizza, then let me know up front instead of giving me a false pick-up time. I WILL NOT visit this Little Caesars location again!

If you are looking for a cheap quick meal, I do not recommend this location. My friend and I went here to get a hot n ready pizza at around 7 o’clock and I am sure by seeing how many stars this review has, you guessed it wasn’t hot n ready, which would be correct. I am not sure why they advertise hot n ready between 4-8, because they are never ready. So we ordered anyway and we were quoted a 10 minute wait. We got an extra most bestest and an order of crazy bread. After about 10 minutes I went back in and it wasn’t ready, I was then quoted another 5 minutes. So I waited and then it took another 15 minutes (25 minutes total). I don’t mind waiting, I mind being lied to about the wait time. Just be honest and upfront about it. So I finally got my pizza (yay)! I took it home and the cheese was all burnt and it looked like it had been cut using a lopsided butter knife. See the picture below.
