3 days ago, I dined in and was happy with the food, and of course the service. Definitely, the staff indicate the area has people capable of providing good customer service. A couple of nearby restaurants should figure out how to recruit ,select, and train employees by asking this organization.
We had a wonderful experience this morning! We were dining at 645am and the staff was already cheerful, friendly, and accommodating! This Chick-fil-A is extraordinarily kid friendly. We sat in the real train car to eat and one of the lead staff members gave us hats and placemats for the kids. We all enjoyed the train circling the ceiling of the restaurant, too! The food, as always, was delicious and came out quickly.
Customer service was ok. The fries were Terrible full of oil and they were brown. I'm not sure if the cooking oil needing changing or they were overcooked. I walked up to the counter and asked for another fry a female manager stated that they switched cooking oil which made them brown. My response was: What about the fries being full of oil and I had to use a napkin to press the oil out. Her response was ohhhhhh.
